Duong Sheahan will be our Featured Guest on Diva Talk Radio

Diva Talk Radio is privileged to have Duong Sheahan as a Featured Guest on tomorrow’s show.  Duong is a precious woman, who gives unconditionally of herself to others.  She is a Biblical Health Coach, teaching people the principles for living healthier in their everyday life; dealing with the whole person, spirit, soul, and body.

There is one thing that I want you to know about me and that is, I do not like the word diet. This is not another ‘diet’ blog. If you remove the “t” from diet, you get “die”. Maybe there is a message there. Some people are literally killing themselves trying one fad diet to the next and never achieving results.

I was browsing through a health magazine recently and came across an article from an author and friend, Mike Yorkey and loved what he said about fad diets, “These fad diets should come with the following health advisory: Don’t do this at home.” I absolutely concur! Did you know that diet really means a “way of living?”

Having changed my ‘way of living’ several years ago and seeing my family healthier, experience less colds, and free from other serious health issues over the years; it has become my passion to help people to live healthier and happier from the inside-out. My focus is not only on the physical health, but also the spiritual and emotional health, which is where it often begins.
